Past, Present, Future

We are the Past
everything from the past is held within us
it courses through our veins
it's etched within our bones
it's bonded to our DNA
every prayer
every word spoken
it resides within us
every good decision
every bad decision
is a part of us

We are the Present
we are here
we are now
we are creating the present every day
with the decisions that we make
we are saying the prayers for the next generations
we are making wise decisions
so that our future will reap the rewards
we are speaking life, love, peace and joy
so that it will carry forth

We are the Future
our legacies will speak to the future
our lives will clutch to the lives of our children
as our blood courses through their veins
they will take what we have taught them and live their lives
our future will move on as God wills it
our prayers will bless and protect them
everything that we have done will help to carry them forward
giving them hope and purpose
giving them love and joy

Yes, we are the PAST, the PRESENT and the FUTURE
